Practice Changes
Senior Group: Follow the Normal Practice Schedule all week.
Junior Group: Follow the Normal Practice Schedule all week.
Gold & Silver: Follow the Normal Practice Schedule all week.
HS Prep: Follow the Normal Practice Schedule all week.
Level 1, Level 2, & Bronze: Follow the Normal Practice Schedule all week with ONE exception. On Saturday, there will be NO practice because the coaching staff will be at B/C Champs in Roanoke. However, we are planning on holding practice the next Saturday, on February 27th. Don't forget to sign up for the Stroke School Meet. More information below under Upcoming Meets.
Other Upcoming Meets and Special Events
Stroke School Meet: We will have our last Stroke School Meet of the Short Course season on Friday, March 12th at Blacksburg Aquatic Center. An Online Meet Signup has been added under the Stroke School Page and the signup deadline is Friday, March 5th. Please signup as soon as possible.
Updated Meet entries for B/C Champs are available.
The Signup deadline for A/BB Champs has passed, but the signup form will be available online until the evening of Monday (2/15). If you have not completed an online signup form, please do so.

Check out pictures that Caisy Ho, our Live Action Swim photographer, took at the Gator Meet this past weekend. The gallery is available at his website, but it is password protected. Caisy is available at most swim meets to photograph your swimmer, and when you use his services, about $5 goes to the team.
Virginia Tech Swim Camp registration has opened for their stroke camp, held June 20-24, and their sprint camp, held July 18-21. Both camps will be held at War Memorial. Virginia Tech Swimming and Diving is a huge supporter of H2okie Aquaitcs and one of our Team Sponsors. We encourage our swimmers to attend either Virginia Tech swim camp if they are interested. It is a lot of fun for the kids! Reserve your spot now.

Question of the Week
Question of the Week (Submitted By: Multiple Anonymous Users): When I am browsing our website, how do I get back to the home page?
I have gotten this question several times from different users, and most recently, a website user suggested I add a link back to the home page. Actually we already have this functionality built in, but now I realize it was not very intuitive.
On every page, there are two links to take you back to the home page. The first is in the top left hand corner. You see that Logo Fin that says "H2okie Aquatics" on it. Clicking on that logo will take you to the home page. Also, at the bottom of every page are 3 links in gray that says "Home", "Sponsors", and "About Us". The "Home" link may be used to take you back to our home page.
Good Question. Remember, all you have to do to submit a question is start typing in the box at the bottom of each page, and please include your name.
