Practice Changes

  • Senior Group: The Senior Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week with ONE exception. On Sunday (11/22), practice will be moved from 2:00 - 4:00 to 1:00 - 3:00 PM at War Memorial HAll (WMH).

  • Junior Group: The Junior Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week with ONE exception. On Sunday (11/22), practice will be moved from 2:00 - 4:00 to 1:00 - 3:00 PM at War Memorial HAll (WMH).

  • Gold & Silver: The Gold and Silver Groups will follow their normal practice schedule all week with TWO exceptions. On Friday, Gold group practice will last from 4:45-5:30 PM due to the Stroke School Meet. Because of this, Gold group swimmers are welcome to attend Wednesday evening practice with the Silver Group. Also, on Sunday (11/22), practice will be moved from 2:00 - 4:00 to 1:00 - 3:00 PM at War Memorial HAll (WMH).

  • HS Prep: The HS Prep Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week with ONE exception. We encourage our HS Prep swimmers to Sign Up and participate in the Stroke School Meet held this Friday at BAC from 5:00-7:00 PM. On Sunday (11/22), practice will be moved from 3:00 - 4:00 to 2:00 - 3:00 PM at War Memorial HAll (WMH).

  • Level 1, Level 2, & Bronze: Level 1, Level 2, and Bronze will follow their normal practice schedule all week with TWO exception. On Friday, Stroke School practice will be replaced with Stroke School Meet 2. We encourage all Stroke School swimmers to Sign Up and participate in Stroke School Meet 2 at BAC from 5:00-7:00 PM. On Sunday (11/22), practice will be moved from 2:00 - 2:00 to 1:00 - 2:00 PM at War Memorial HAll (WMH).


    • Other Upcoming Meets and Special Events

    Signup deadline for the Excel Aquatics Meet is Monday, November 16th.

    Signup deadline for Stroke School Meet 3 is Thursday, November 19th

    The holiday schedule changes will be available on the website early this week.
