Practice Changes
Senior Group: The Senior Group will follow their normal practice schedule until Friday morning. No practice Friday afternoon through Sunday due to the swim meet.
Junior Group: The Junior Group will follow their normal practice schedule until Thursday. There will be no practice Friday through Sunday due to the swim meet.
Gold & Silver: The Gold and Silver Groups will follow their normal practice schedule until Thursday. There will be no practice Friday through Sunday due to the swim meet.
HS Prep: The HS Prep Group will follow their normal practice schedule until Thursday. There will be no practice Friday through Sunday due to the swim meet.
Level 1, Level 2, & Bronze: Level 1, Level 2, and Bronze will follow their normal practice schedule until Thursday. There will be no practice Friday through Sunday due to the swim meet.

There are still a few volunteer positions to be filled under the Volunteer Matrix. If you have not done so already, please sign up to volunteer.
We ask each H2okie Aquatics family to make a drink donation for our meet. Please read the Food Donation Instructions for details. Julie Hodge will be at BAC on Thursday from 3:00 to 6:15 to take drink donations, or you may bring them to her on Friday or Saturday at the start of the meet. Thanks!
Also, if you have not signed up to bring a food item, please choose an item from the Food Donations List to bring to the meet. Thanks!
REMEMBER to check in at the volunteer table when you arrive to volunteer at the November Meet. This will ensure that you receive credit for volunteering.

Additional Information
Poinsetta Fundraiser order forms and money are due to Kim Walsh by Monday, November 9th. Kim Walsh will be at practice on Sunday and at BAC on Monday from 3:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
Mark your calendars! There are only 3 more SCRIP orders to be placed before Christmas. Think about what you may need for the holidays and there's probably a scrip card available to purchase those items. Scrips is a great way to budget for gift-giving. This week's orders are due on Saturday, November 14th. After that we're moving our order date to Mondays for the holidays so note the dates: November 30th, December 14th and January 4th. Team Photos may be ordered directly from our photographer's website: Order Team Photos Here. In addition, Jim wheeler will be available at our November Meet from 1:00-3:00 PM, Saturday, November 14th to take professional photos of individual swimmers.
