SORRY for the delay in posting this weeks update!
Practice Changes
Senior Group: The Senior Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.
Junior Group: The Junior Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.
Gold & Silver: The Gold and Silver Groups will follow their normal practice schedule all week.
HS Prep: The HS Prep Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.
Level 1, Level 2, & Bronze: Level 1, Level 2, and Bronze will follow their normal practice schedule all week with ONE exception. On Saturday (11/7), Stroke School practice will be replaced by the Virgina Tech Swim Clinic offered that afternoon. Information is below under "Upcoming Events".
Upcoming Meets and Special Events
All information pertaining to our meet in November will be available on the Hosted Meets Page page. The Volunteer Matrix, Food Donations List and Instructions are also available on this page. Please read the instructions and signup to donate a food item and also to volunteer. The HOKI November Invite will be held at War Memorial Pool, November 13th - November 15th.
Session start and end times will be available on Wednesday this week and will be posted on the Hosted Meets Page. This will be useful information for our parents planning to volunteer at the meet.
REMEMBER to check in at the volunteer table when you arrive to volunteer at the November Meet. This will ensure that you receive credit for volunteering.
At Noon on Saturday, November 7th at War Memorial Pool, the Virginia Tech Swimming and Diving Team will compete with Duke and Miami, and we invite every H2okie Aquatics Swimmer to come and cheer the team on, then stay for a free swim clinic hosted by the Virginia Tech Swimmers and free pizza after the clinic. Please wear your H2okie Aquatics Team T-Shirt!

Our SCRIP program is earning more money for our team now than ever before, and only a few people are participating. If we can get even half the team participating, we can greatly increase our revenue. Click here for more information about SCRIPS.
The H2okie Aquatics Poinsetta Fundraiser has now begun. Information may be found on the home page of our website.
Team Photos may be ordered directly from our photographer's website: Order Team Photos Here. In addition, Jim wheeler will be available at our November Meet from 1:00-3:00 PM, Saturday, November 14th to take professional photos of individual swimmers.
