Practice Changes
Senior Group: The Senior Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.
Junior Group: The Junior Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.
Gold & Silver: The Gold and Silver Groups will follow their normal practice schedule all week.
HS Prep: The HS Prep Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.
Level 1, Level 2, & Bronze: Level 1, Level 2, and Bronze will follow their normal practice schedule all week.

Please read the instructions and signup to donate a food item and also to volunteer. The HOKI November Invite will be held at War Memorial Pool, November 13th - November 15th.

Stroke School Meet 3 Signup Deadline: Thursday, November 22nd
At 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 7th at War Memorial Pool, the Virginia Tech Swimming and Diving Team will compete with Duke and Miami, and we invite every H2okie Aquatics Swimmer to come and cheer the team on, then stay for a free swim clinic hosted by the Virginia Tech Swimmers and free pizza after the clinic. Please wear your H2okie Aquatics Team T-Shirt!
Stroke School Meet 2 was a great success. Results have been posted on the Stroke School page and Online Signup for Stroke School Meet 3 is also now available.

Kate Bixby is hosting a Mary Kay Fundraiser for our team during the month of October. Information may be found on the Home Page of the website.
The H2okie Aquatics Poinsetta Fundraiser has now begun. We hope to have a page available soon with more information. Contact Kim Walsh or Scott Baldwin for more information using the Contact Information.
Last week's SCRIP order earned H2okie Aquatics over $100.00. That's only 7 families buying scrips for the things they were buying anyway. Think about what we could earn if just 20 families ordered a few scrips every two weeks. What kind of presents are you buying and who are you buying for this year? Think teachers, coaches, mail carriers, newspaper carriers, babysitters, hair dressers, and that aunt you can never figure out. New this week: $15 iTunes cards are now available at 4.5%, Payless Shoes discount has increased to 18% through December 4th, Home Depot has increased to 4% (Think tools for Dad!), Regal Theatres has a single use ticket (worth $8.50) that earns 11%. Note: iTunes, Blockbuster, and Regal cards make great stocking stuffers for kids and teenagers. The next order will be placed on October 31st. Happy Halloween!
