Practice Changes

  • Senior Group: The Senior Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.

  • Junior Group: The Junior Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.

  • Gold & Silver: The Gold and Silver Groups will follow their normal practice schedule all week with ONE exception. On Friday, Gold group practice will last from 4:45-5:30 PM due to the Stroke School Meet. Because of this, Gold group swimmers are welcome to attend Wednesday evening practice with the Silver Group.

  • HS Prep: The HS Prep Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week. We encourage our HS Prep swimmers to Sign Up and participate in the Stroke School Meet held this Friday at BAC from 5:00-7:00 PM.

  • Level 1, Level 2, & Bronze: Level 1, Level 2, and Bronze will follow their normal practice schedule all week with ONE exception. On Friday, Stroke School practice will be replaced with Stroke School Meet 2. We encourage all Stroke School swimmers to Sign Up and participate in Stroke School Meet 2 at BAC from 5:00-7:00.

    • Upcoming Meets and Special Events

    All information pertaining to our meet in November will be available on the Hosted Meets Page page. The Volunteer Matrix, Food Donations List and Instructions are also available on this page. Please read the instructions and signup to donate a food item and also to volunteer. The HOKI November Invite will be held at War Memorial Pool, November 13th - November 15th.

    Online signup for Stroke School Meet 2 held Friday, October 23rd from 5:00-7:00 PM is available on the Stroke School Page. The signup deadline for this meet is Thursday, October 22nd.

  • HOKI November Invitational Signup Deadline: Monday, October 26th
  • Excel Aquatics Meet Signup Deadline: Monday, November 16th
  • Excel Aquatics Meet Hotel Room Reservation Deadline: Friday, November 13th, for team pricing.

    Kate Bixby is hosting a Mary Kay Fundraiser for our team during the month of October. Information may be found on the Home Page of the website.

    Beginning this week, H2okie Aquatics will be selling Pointsetta Plants for the holiday season. We think that both individuals and businesses in the area will enjoy the opportunity to support our team and buy these beautiful plants to decorate their homes and businesses for the holiday season. Check out our Poinsetta Page later this week for more information on this fundraiser including "How to Care for Your Poinsetta Plant".

    Team Photos may be order directly from our photographer's website: Order Team Photos Here. In addition, Jim wheeler will be available at our November Meet from 1:00-3:00 PM, Saturday, November 14th to take professional photos of individual swimmers.
