Practice Changes

  • Senior Group: The Senior Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.

  • Junior Group: The Junior Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.

  • Gold & Silver: The Gold and Silver Groups will follow their normal practice schedule all week.

  • HS Prep: The HS Prep Group will follow their normal practice schedule all week.

  • Level 1, Level 2, & Bronze: Level 1, Level 2, and Bronze will follow their normal practice schedule all week.

    • Upcoming Meets and Special Events

    A sidebar button for the HOKI November Meet is now available. All information pertaining to our meet in November will be available on this page as the meet approaches.

    The Volunteer Matrix is now available and the Food Donations List and Instructions are also available. Please signup to volunteer as soon as possible so we know which positions need to be filled. The HOKI November Invite will be held at War Memorial Pool, November 13th - November 15th.

    Meet Deadlines:

  • HOKI November Invitational Signup Deadline: Monday, October 16th
  • Excel Aquatics Meet Signup Deadline: Monday, November 16th
  • Excel Aquatics Meet Hotel Room Reservation Deadline: Friday, November 13th, for team pricing.

    • Online signup for Stroke School Meet 2 held Friday, October 23rd from 5:00-7:00 PM is NOW available on the Stroke School Page. Please use the Online signup to let us know your child will participate. Signing up in advance helps us get started on time.

    Additional Information

    Kate Bixby will be hosting a Mary Kay Fundraiser for our team during the month of October. Information may be found on the Home Page of the website.

    The next scrip order is due on Saturday, October 17th. The last scrip order earned the H2okies over $80.00. That's just a few families using scrip cards for the purchases they were making this week. Think about Halloween: Michael's and Jo-Ann Fabrics scrip cards are available and an easy way to make or buy your costumes. Scrip program fundraising information is available under the Fundraising Page of our website. Every Scrip order you make raises money for our team and counts towards your fundraising obligations. Call or email Brenda Whitesell with any questions.

    Thank you to every person that has offered suggestions to improve our website. Keep them coming, and do not be discouraged if you have made a suggestion and you have not seen any change yet. Sometimes it can take several weeks to make even relatively minor changes. We appreciate your input.
