Stroke School

H2okie Aquatics Stroke School program is designed specifically for beginners and swimmers that still need significant stroke technique development. As swimmer's age and progress through the program, they will gradually increase the volume of yardage that they do in practice, and proper stroke technique is essential to being able to handle the increasing workload and stresses of training. Our Stroke School program consists of four groups designed to accomodate each swimmer's need for aerobic development and technique work with respect to their age and ability. To provide the greatest flexibility for our Stroke School families, Level 1, Level 2, and Bronze are offered with an option of 1, 2, or 3 practices per week.
