Senior Group

Ages: 13-18+
The Senior Group consists primarily of High School swimmers and some college swimmers that exhibit a high level of swimming and workout ability. These swimmers are expected to be mature, dedicated, responsible, and dependable. Aerobic and strength training form the major focus during practice, with continued stroke refinement when necessary. Swimmers should discuss with their coach which meets they should attend, but this group is designed for swimmers focusing on Senior Champs, Sectionals, Junior Nationals, and beyond. Practice is approximately two hours each with additional strength training offered. Doubles may be required during the school year. Practice is typically offered 6 days per week for this group.
