Junior Group

The Junior Group is for middle and high school swimmers who are beginning to get serious about training. The primary focus of training is on aerobic conditioning, strength conditioning, and stroke refinement. Practice is for 2 hours and is offered 6 times a week for this group.

Below is a link to the Junior Group attendance log. This log should be completed at practice and any inaccuracies should be reported to the coach. The instructions for completing this log are also listed below as a reference. These online records will typically be updated weekly. They are listed in four week spans; simply select the time period that you are interested in at the top of each page (Example: 'Weeks 5-8').
Each swimmer has selected a "Codename" to protect his or her privacy since some may feel uncomfortable with this particular information being made available online.
