Sponsor Letters and Information

Selling Heat Sheet Ads is a great way to not only raise money for our team and meet your fundraising requirement, but also to spread the word about H2okie Aquatics to local community members and businesses. The NRVA Fundraising Committee had prepared these letters below to help you solicit local businesses that may be interested in advertising in our heat sheets when our team hosts a meet.

Scrip Zone Information

The Scrip Zone program allows you to purchase gift cards to hundreds of local restaurants, retailers, and shops and the team gets a percentage of everything you spend. This is a great way to raise money for our team while shopping and eating at places that you always have in the past.

Kroger Reloadable Gift Card Program

The Kroger Reloadable Gift Card program is the most popular method of raising money for our team and meeting your fundraising requirement. The process is simple.

Obtain a Kroger gift card from our program coordinator and use the Kroger gift card to make all your Kroger purchases including groceries, prescriptions, and gas. The initial balance on the card is $5, and whenever your balance is low, reload the gift card at any register or at the Customer Service counter. The team gets 5% of everything that you put on the card and this goes towards your fundraising obligations.
