Yearly Awards:

  • Stroke School Awards:  We celebrated a fantastic Stroke School season on March 27th with a pizza party after the meet.  We had 70 swimmers in the meet!  This was our largest SS meet that we have ever had.  Many thanks to the SS coaches for a great job and to all of you parents for your support all year!  Swimmers still needing to pick up their award ( bobble head swimmer) can email Scott to make arrangements.

  • Swim Team ( AG1- SR3) concluded their short course season with an awards night at the Christiansburg Middle School on Friday, April 12th. We got to recognize our graduation senior swimmers: Erin Hall [Catholic University], Madison Wilkins [Virginia Tech], Chris Poff [University of Richmond] and Danielle Ho [Virginia Tech].  Congratulations to Erin Hall for winning the Lucy Gilmore Award and to Chris Poff for winning the Ben Hair Memorial Scholarship.  A special thank you goes to Sara Goforth (2010 graduate) for creating the slide show this year. New swimmers who haven’t picked up their plaques or returning swimmers their new “date plate” please see your coach at the CAC or email Scott for further arrangements.

Have you notices swimmers with their names on the side of their swim caps?  These are custom made and we have another order about to be filled. We need 4 more orders to complete the work ticket.  If you desire to have a personalized swim cap made, please check our Team Equipment Portal
